What about security?!

 

Security is our number one priority when we develop software for you. We do a series of tests to make sure every part of the application is secure and data of the application itself is not compromised. We use special tools that will make sure no hacker can get into the application code.

 

How does the process work?  

 

First, we will meet with you to discuss the design and functionality. Then we will develop your software package. During this phase, we will give you a copy of the application to put onto your computer to test. You will be asked to report errors or feature requests directly to us if you so choose. When we are finished, we will take care of any setup needed, whether it is physical setup of a computer or if it is actually adding the application to your computers. Our Computer Support technician, Matthew Kelly, will install necessary hardware and take care of any issues with the PCs.

What kind of computer(s) do I need?


The only supported operating systems are Windows XP and Windows Vista. If your computers are more than 3 years old, we will recommend you to upgrade to newer computers. If you need help finding a low price computer, we will be happy to point you in the right direction.

What kind of support can I expect?

 

Your software will ALWAYS be supported as long as EagleEnvision.NeT is in business. We will do any necessary changes to your application if you are having trouble. Also, in an emergency, we will take control of the emergency by fix the software, repair damage, and advise you on what steps you should take to secure your data.
